Ya, I know that many of you would have guessed it already. Papaya has a rich supply of nutrients and antioxidants, making them women’s favorites and it gives you a healthy, radiant face. Consuming Papaya does have its perks, but in this post, we ‘re going to discuss its wonders on the skin.

Papaya can be attributed to the high content of vitamins A, B, and C and enzymes such as papain, which makes them great for skin, they help in removing dead skin cells and rejuvenating your skin.

Below are the homemade facial masks for your skin. You should apply them twice a week to get better results.

  • Raw papaya for reducing blemishes

Ingredients:

  1. Papaya

Method:

Apply finely grounded paste of raw papaya on your face and leave it for half an hour. This will help you in getting rid of blemishes from your face.

No.of. times a week: 2 times

  • Papaya and Honey for Dry Skin

Ingredients:

  1. Papaya

2. Honey

Method:

Mix papaya and 2 tablespoons of honey to make a fine paste, if your dairy product lover then you can add 2 tablespoons of milk and mix it well. Make it a paste and apply it on your face and neck. Leave it for 20 minutes and then rinse with cold water. This would make your skin glow and also moisturize them.

No of Times a Week: 1-2

  • Papaya and cucumber for Dark circle

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 Cup Papaya

2. 1/2 Cup Cucumber

Method:

Mash the chopped papaya and grate the cucumber. Stir the mixture well, make it as a thick paste. Apply the paste on your face and neck. Leave the mask for about 10 minutes. This mask will make your dark circles disappear

  • Papaya and Turmeric For Glow:

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 Cap papaya

2. 1/2 Cup curd or yogurt

3. A pinch of turmeric

4. A teaspoon of Rose water

Method:

Grind the papaya, add 1/2 cup of yogurt or curd, a pinch of turmeric and a teaspoon of rose water. Blend it well. Apply the paste on your face and neck. Leave the pack for about 15 minutes and wash it off with cold water.

  • Papaya and Lemon for shining

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 Cup papaya

2. 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

3. 1 teaspoon of honey

Method:

Blend the papaya into a paste. Add lemon juice and honey to the mixture. Honey helps your skin in clearing acne and kills the bacteria, in the end making your skin feel fresh. Leave the mask for 10-15 minutes.

No of Times a Week: 3-4 days a week

  • Papaya and Banana for relaxing:

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 Cup papaya

2. 1/2 Cup banana

3. 1 teaspoon of Rose water

Method:

Simply blend the mixture of chopped papaya and banana. Later add a teaspoon of rose water. Apply the mask on your face and neck. Banana helps in keeping the skin hydrated and smoothens out the rough texture. In addition, rose water helps in the glow. Let the mask rest for 15 minutes
